OMG I'm so freezing right now. No heat in the house and its windy and 40 degrees outside. Anyhoo just doing a tiny update. I'm finding kind of interesting, from my point of view anyways, how somebody's feelings towards a person can change so quickly and drastically. I've seen it happen time and time again this year, and I was just thinking about it. How does that happen? or Why is the better question. Do explain.

In high school everything is dramatic and moves swiftly. People are friends and bitter enemies all in the same year. (Law school is very similar to high school - people actually regress if that's encouraging at all.)

Sometimes people drift apart and they realize suddenly that the feelings that they had for one person are no longer present in an epiphany.

Sometimes people discover a betrayal down the road that they didn't know about for quite some time.

There are a host of reasons for it to happen, but nothing to concern yourself over. As with all things, this too shall pass.

BTW, if you end up going to college - fear not for your years will still be measured in semesters ... and in fact you semesters may even feel like years. I highly recommend the experience.

I think relationships all start with some sort of selfish motive behind it. You want sex, companionship, popularity, a ride, etc.
If the relationship is meaningful enough that you find a "connection" it will last or at least last longer.
But many people get what they want and move on.
Also in highschool everything is so trivial and you'll see that once you graduate. People are always trying to cause some drama because they need it to make their lives seem important. A lot of fall-outs are because of that.
*Thanks for your comment!*

Yeah, I know our advice probably sounds stupid. I know older people's advice always sounded stupid to me when I was in high-school. If I only knew then ...

Hey man, I'm a comment whore. Bring it on. :-)
